Job Summary:
The Reception Supervisor is responsible for leading the reception team and ensuring exceptional customer service at the front desk of the Service Center. This role involves managing and training receptionists, handling customer inquiries and complaints, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience in team management, and a proactive approach to training and coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Education
o High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
o Proven experience in a customer service or reception role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
o Prior experience in managing front desk in hotel industry is desired else Experience in a workshop or service-related environment.
