Job Description

Preferred Requirements:
• BA in Business Administration, Project Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; fluency in Arabic is advantageous.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Key Project Manager, or Account Director.
• Previous experience in a PR agency or media insights organization is a plus.
• Experience with media insights, market research, and media monitoring is highly desirable.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is advantageous.
• Certified in PR Measurement and Evaluation (AMEC)/Certified Research Professional (CRP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proficiency in market research methodologies and the ability to interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
• Ability to articulate smart, complex solutions in a clear and concise manner to various audiences, both internal and external.
• Extensive knowledge of media monitoring and analytics tools, with the ability to extract and leverage insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Familiarity with the social media landscape and experience in monitoring and analyzing social media trends and metrics.
• Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to convey complex solutions in an accessible manner.
• Proven ability to consult and partner with clients, offering strategic guidance on media related services.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables, with a specific focus on media insights, and delivering monitoring and analysis.
• Manage project milestones and coordinate all necessary activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Team Coordination:
• Lead cross-functional teams, assigning tasks, setting clear objectives, and ensuring accountability for meeting project goals.
• Facilitate collaboration among the company s teams across various regional offices to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality media insights, monitoring and analysis.
Client Management & Consultancy:
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and the company, ensuring all project deliverables align with client expectations and contractual obligations.
• Consult and partner with clients to provide guidance on the company's core services, including media monitoring, PR measurement, and insights derived from comprehensive market research.
• Advise clients on how to transform raw data into actionable insights that can guide strategic decisions and optimize media strategies.
Risk Management:
• Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues promptly to prevent project delays or budget overruns.
• Ensure the smooth resolution of any challenges that arise during project execution.
Quality Assurance:
• Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet the required quality standards, with a particular focus on the accuracy and relevance of media monitoring and analysis.
• Implement processes to continuously improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Reporting & Communication:
• Prepare and present detailed progress reports for both clients and the company s upper management.
• Ensure transparency and regular communication throughout the project lifecycle, especially concerning media insights, monitoring and analytics.
Process Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes to increase efficiency, enhance team collaboration, and improve project outcomes.
• Ensure the workflow and processes between the company and the client are properly implemented to maximize the value of media insights and delivering monitoring and analysis.
Technical Expertise:
• Leverage strong project management and analytical skills to oversee the successful execution of multiple deliverables simultaneously.
• Ensure that all project management methodologies are adhered to and that all project documentation is up-to-date.
Compliance & Alignment:
• Ensure all project activities comply with the company s policies and procedures and support the company s mission and vision.
• Align project objectives with broader organizational goals and client expectations, particularly in areas related to media insights and monitoring.

About the Role:
The Project Director will coordinate, manage, and successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with the defined scope. The Project Director will oversee all project aspects, ensuring efficient and effective execution of tasks, with a strong emphasis on media insights, monitoring, and delivering meaningful analysis to drive client success. This role involves setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring project progress, and delivering comprehensive reports to upper management. The Project Director will work directly with clients to ensure all deliverables meet the agreed scope, quality, and budget.
