Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our AI Initiatives Squad. This team focuses on delivering cutting-edge AI solutions for our mobile banking app and internal tools used by our colleagues. In this role, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that our AI projects align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional value.
Responsibilities:

Role : BA - AI Initiatives
Location : Dubai
  • Requirements Gathering:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for AI initiatives.
    • Conduct workshops and meetings to understand user needs for customer-facing mobile app features and internal tools.
  • Project Coordination:
    • Work closely with the AI development team to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
    • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring timely delivery of features.
  • User Story Development:
    • Write clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria for both workstreams.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric design principles are applied.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Act as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
    • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Analyze data trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for AI enhancements.
    • Assist in the development of dashboards and reports for performance monitoring.
    • Tools : Power BI/Tableau, Python/Pandas, R Programing
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Participate in testing activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
    • Assist in the development of test plans and test cases.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Over all 8 Years as BA and Minimum of 4 years of experience preferably in banking or financial services.
  • Experience with AI technologies and projects is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation tools.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
