Role Description:

We are looking to expand our team and are seeking motivated Real Estate Sales Agents, whether experienced or fresh to the field, who are eager to grow their careers in a dynamic industry. This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent at ICON REAL ESTATE in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for buying, selling, renting, and managing properties, providing excellent customer service, and engaging in real estate sales activities.

Requirements:

• Freshers are welcome to apply; sales or calling experience in any field is preferred
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Full-time availability with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships in a competitive market
• Positive attitude, driven, and ready to take on new challenges
