Salary
Main Responsibilities
1) Oversee the implementation of operational procedures, policies, and standards to enhance efficiency and report to Manager and Management
2) Conduct regular inspections of the play area to identify maintenance, cleanliness, safety, and security issues, and take necessary actions to address the manager promptly.
3) Coordinate and lead a team of operations staff, security, and other support personnel.
4) Support customers and their queries on time and resolve issues if any and ready to work all days
5) Coordinate with departments such as Maintenance , and IT to ensure smooth operations.
6) Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
7) Support in preparing the operation location budget including expense monitoring, cost control, and resource allocation.
8) Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to operations, incorporating innovative ideas into the 360 play operations.
9) Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback to the manager
10) Coordinate with employees and solve their grievances fast paced manner
11) Daily inventory management and responsibility for cash sales and sending reports daily.
12) Initiative to increase the sales and other part.
13) Handle the cash, redemption counter, and reconciliation merchandise etc if required
14) Provide immediate information about incidents and problems of play area to the manger on right time
15) Implementation and achieving the birthday target and support in play area
Essential Qualifications, Experience and Skills
l Demonstrate good core competencies.
l Suitable and sufficient face-to-face customer service experience, preferably working with children
l Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems
l Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
l Hold or willingness to obtain and apply knowledge/skills from Emergency First Aid qualification.
l Willingness to continuously develop and attend training and development sessions in line with your personal training plan, on occasion out-with your normal hours of work, to ensure the required level of competence.
l Diploma in relevant vocational training or successfully completed apprenticeship as an electrician
