Job Summary: The Recruitment and Employee Engagement Specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle and enhances employee engagement to ensure retention. This role focuses on attracting top talent and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with managers to define staffing needs and job descriptions.
- Utilize platforms and networks to attract quality candidates.
- Ensure positive candidate experiences and analyze recruitment metrics.
- Develop employee engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
- Organize team-building and recognition events.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management for feedback and well-being initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- 3+ years of UAE experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
- Strong communication, data analysis, and organizational skills.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work Overtime and manage multiple projects.
