Job Summary: The Recruitment and Employee Engagement Specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle and enhances employee engagement to ensure retention. This role focuses on attracting top talent and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with managers to define staffing needs and job descriptions.
  • Utilize platforms and networks to attract quality candidates.
  • Ensure positive candidate experiences and analyze recruitment metrics.
  • Develop employee engagement programs to improve morale and retention.
  • Organize team-building and recognition events.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management for feedback and well-being initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of UAE experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
  • Strong communication, data analysis, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work Overtime and manage multiple projects.
