Assist in the recruitment of source relevant profiles.
Conduct initial phone screening interview and confirm candidates’ interests.
Administer and facilitate the assessments for shortlisted applicants “Excel, Typing, PowerPoint tests” when required and report the results.
Coordinate face to face interviews, collect Interviews feedback form and update the results sheet.
Coordinate pre-employment requirements, make sure that documents are available for visa processing, and follow-up with candidates on their visa status.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking sheet and vacancy status list.
Book flight tickets through authorized travel agents for our staff as per business requirements.
Prepare attendance reports for the monthly payroll.
