Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage client's website on the Magento platform.
- Coordinate with agency developers to ensure website updates and maintenance.
- Manage product catalogue, pricing, and promotions on the e-commerce platform.
- Monitor and optimize website performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average order value).
- Analyze customer behaviour and purchasing patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
- Monitor and implement basic SEO practices.
- Prepare and present reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent client management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO.
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in website management or digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Magento platform.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
- Understanding of e-commerce marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising).
- Client services or account management.
