Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage client's website on the Magento platform.
  2. Coordinate with agency developers to ensure website updates and maintenance.
  3. Manage product catalogue, pricing, and promotions on the e-commerce platform.
  4. Monitor and optimize website performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, average order value).
  5. Analyze customer behaviour and purchasing patterns to identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.
  7. Monitor and implement basic SEO practices.
  8. Prepare and present reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  9. Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent client management.

Requirements:

  1. Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  2. Experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
  3. Basic knowledge of SEO.
  4. Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in website management or digital marketing.
  2. Familiarity with Magento platform.
  3. Experience with e-commerce platforms and analytics tools.
  4. Understanding of e-commerce marketing channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising).
  5. Client services or account management.
