The Role

Partnership for Education, Cambridge University Press & Assessment, works with Ministries of Education and other organisations around the world to improve their education systems through coherent reform strategies. We have an exciting new opening for a Senior Partnerships Manager role in the Middle East and Africa to join our Commercial team as we expand and create new workflows and processes.

As the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will manage the achievement of productive, positive partnerships for Partnership for Education in the specified region(s) to help the Cambridge-based sales teams achieve their targets. You are expected to identify potential new partners, securing new partnership deals, and overseeing delivery of in-life partnership arrangements in order to deliver demonstrable mutual benefit for Partnership for Education, clients and partners, and advancing the Partnership for Education Commercial strategy.

This is a great opportunity for experienced business development and partnerships professionals, with experience in the government sector, who are interested in playing a key role in connecting with our key business executives and stakeholders.

About you

This role is a high-profile position dealing with senior dignitaries, government officials, Ministries of Education, and other international organisations so experience working in an international market would be highly valuable.

You will have an understanding and experience of partnerships with international organisations in the Education sector.

As the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will also bring a strong commercial acumen, capable of creating and maintaining great partner relationships at the highest level to the role.

The successful candidate will have experience in financial reporting, pipeline, and forecasting. Fluency in Arabic (and French), both written and spoken is desirable.
