Job Description

·        Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, including job descriptions, qualifications, and timelines.
·        Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
·        Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.
·        Preparing Offer letters, maintaining daily tracker, uploading bulk data in the Erp
·        Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Qualification:

·        Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
·        Proven minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
·        Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
·        UAE Experience preferred
·        Candidate inside UAE can only Apply
