Sales and Marketing Representative | Immediate Hiring|
The Events & Consumer Exhibitions Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts to promote events, consumer exhibitions, and brand activations. This position focuses on building relationships with potential clients, exhibitors, and sponsors, while also helping to implement marketing strategies that drive attendance and brand engagement
Sales Support:
- Assist in identifying potential exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees through research and lead generation efforts.
- Conduct outreach to potential exhibitors and sponsors, explaining the benefits of participation and negotiating deals.
- Follow up on sales leads, arrange meetings or calls, and maintain detailed records of client interactions.
- Help manage exhibitor and sponsor contracts, ensuring all paperwork and agreements are complete and accurate.
- Track sales performance against targets, providing regular reports to the sales manager.
Client & Exhibitor Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with exhibitors and sponsors to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Respond to inquiries from potential and current exhibitors, providing detailed event information and addressing any concerns.
- Act as the primary contact for exhibitors and sponsors leading up to and during the event, ensuring smooth operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or event coordination.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel and be on-site at events as required.
