Job Designation:
Job Location: Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement advanced network security solutions using Palo Alto Networks, Fortinet, F5, and Proxy technologies.
- Monitor and maintain the security of the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring robust protection against cyber threats.
- Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across the enterprise network.
- Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, load balancers, and web proxies to ensure high availability and secure access.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex network security issues.
- Stay UpToDate with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, tools, and mitigations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other technical staff.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigating security breaches, analyzing logs, and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ISO, ISR, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in network security engineering, with expertise in:
- Palo Alto Networks (Next Generation Firewalls, Panorama, Global Protect).
- Fortinet (FortiGate Firewalls, Forti Analyzer, Forti Manager).
- F5 (BigIP LTM, ASM, APM).
- Proxy technologies (Web Proxy, SSL decryption).
- Deep knowledge of network protocols, encryption, VPN, and authentication methodologies.
- · Strong understanding of intrusion detection/prevention systems, DDoS mitigation, and network segmentation.
- Hands-on experience with network monitoring and management tools.
- Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Palo Alto PCNSE, Fortinet NSE, F5CA) are strongly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.
