Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of F&B / Banquet operations.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Plan, organize, and execute events to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Supervise and train F&B / Banquet staff to maintain high service standards.
  • Ensure all events run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Manage inventory and supplies for F&B / Banquet operations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for F&B / Banquet operations.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for F&B / Banquet services.
  • Maintain accurate records of events, inventory, and staff schedules.
  • Assist in marketing and promoting F&B / Banquet services.
  • Ensure proper setup and breakdown of F&B / Banquet spaces.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and make improvements as needed.
  • Handle special requests and accommodate client needs.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing for F&B / Banquet services.

Desired Candidate Profile

Hotel management graduate with 6+ years of relevant experience in F&B Service & 3+ years of experience as F&B Supervisor with any of the 4/5 Star hotel.

Candidate having GCC experience will be given preference.
