Job Description
- Oversee and manage all aspects of F&B / Banquet operations.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Plan, organize, and execute events to ensure client satisfaction.
- Supervise and train F&B / Banquet staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure all events run smoothly and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Manage inventory and supplies for F&B / Banquet operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless event execution.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and manage budgets for F&B / Banquet operations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for F&B / Banquet services.
- Maintain accurate records of events, inventory, and staff schedules.
- Assist in marketing and promoting F&B / Banquet services.
- Ensure proper setup and breakdown of F&B / Banquet spaces.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and make improvements as needed.
- Handle special requests and accommodate client needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing for F&B / Banquet services.
Desired Candidate Profile
Hotel management graduate with 6+ years of relevant experience in F&B Service & 3+ years of experience as F&B Supervisor with any of the 4/5 Star hotel.
Candidate having GCC experience will be given preference.
