We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

• Site Visits & Measurements:

• Conduct on-site visits to take accurate dimensions of spaces.

• Ensure all site measurements are detailed and recorded effectively for use in design plans.

• Technical Drawings & Design:

• Produce detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and 3Ds Max software.

• Translate design concepts into working technical drawings.

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and local building codes in all drawings.

• Collaborate closely with interior designers to convert ideas into clear technical plans.

• Project Coordination:

• Assist in the preparation of design presentations and materials.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors when necessary.

• Update and revise drawings based on feedback and changes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3Ds Max is essential.

• Strong understanding of architectural and interior design principles.

• Previous experience in site surveying and taking accurate measurements.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a design team.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Knowledge of local building regulations and standards is a plus.

• University degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or a relevant field.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience as a draftsman, preferably in an interior design or architecture firm.

• Valid driver’s license for site visits.
