Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAS AML upgrade projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are adhered to.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units, compliance teams, IT, and external vendors to ensure all project requirements are gathered, understood, and incorporated into the project plan.
- Upgrade Planning: Develop a detailed project roadmap for the SAS AML system upgrade, including resource allocation, risk management, and migration strategies.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks related to the upgrade, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with SAS AML guidelines.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field. PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
- Experience:
- 12-15 years of experience managing large-scale IT or financial compliance projects, with at least 3+ years of experience in SAS AML upgrades.
- Strong understanding of AML regulatory requirements (KYC, CTF, SAR, etc.).
