Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Female Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be smart, attractive, and possess exceptional communication skills. Fluency in English and is essential for this role, Arabic will get extra benefits, as you will be engaging with a diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Purophi products.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, retailers, and partners to expand our market presence.
• Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the natural cosmetics industry.
• Promotions: Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, and product launches to enhance brand visibility.
• Communication: Effectively communicate product benefits and brand values to potential customers and partners.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, Hindi, and Arabic will get advantage.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Highly smart and presentable, with a keen understanding of customer needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for natural cosmetics and sustainability is a plus.
