- Provide mortgage guidance to clients based on their financial goals and circumstances by conducting thorough assessments of clients' financial situations, including income, credit history, and debt obligations, to determine mortgage eligibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with clients by providing unwavering support and advice throughout the mortgage process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive new business including generating leads through calls, prospecting by meeting and providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Keep up to date with Industry regulations, mortgage products and market trends, to provide clients the most relevant and current information and ensure compliance with applicable laws and guidelines.
- Understand and support the corporation's policies and procedures to provide proper and effective treatment to all the corporation's customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Mortgage Advisor.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage and underwriting guidelines.
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal mortgage regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
