Overview:
Role: Senior Test Engineer
Domain: Cards, Payments, Switch, E-Comm, Scheme certification for POS terminals, Switch Configuration, Setup and patch deployment (Preferred Switch- Postilion), Merchant Acquiring
Experience: 6-8 Years
Responsibilities:
- Should have good knowledge of Cards issuing life cycle.
- Good Knowledge in Postilion switch configuration setup for transaction routing
- Should be able to upload Card BIN for transaction routing through switch.
- Should be able to do Scheme certification for POS terminals.
- Visa Certification (ADVT).
- MasterCard Certification (MTIP).
- AMEX Certification.
- DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) Certification.
- Should be able to perform patch deployment and validation for Switch.
- Should be able to do POS terminal setup and application download.
- Should be able to do TMS setup for new MID and TID.
- Understanding business requirements and functional specification documents.
- Execution of Test scripts, Test scenarios, verifies the record results.
- Upload Pass Logs & Defect Logs in Test Management and Defect Management Systems.
- Interacting with clients on Day-to-Day Execution status & Issues.
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Must be willing to travel to client location.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or equivalent work experience
- ISTQB Advanced
- Additional course or certification in Quality Assurance
