Job Description:
Top Class Limo is urgently seeking a bilingual Dispatch Officer, fluent in both English and Arabic, to join our team immediately. This role requires managing vehicle dispatch, coordinating driver schedules, and ensuring efficient service delivery, particularly during night shifts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, capable of handling dispatch software and real-time logistics management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vehicle dispatch and driver schedules during night shifts to ensure punctual and reliable service.
• Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and team members in both English and Arabic.
• Use dispatch software to monitor, track, and adjust schedules in real-time.
• Manage last-minute requests and changes to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and resolve any service-related issues promptly.
• Ensure the delivery of Forbes 5-Star level service to all guests.
• Follow Top Class Limo’s policies, standards, and safety procedures.
• Assist peers, guests, and leaders while maintaining a positive, solution-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in dispatch software and computer systems.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, particularly during peak service times.
• Prior experience in dispatch or transportation coordination is preferred.
• Must be available for immediate start and able to work night shifts.
• Clean criminal record.
• Excellent typing skills (40-60 wpm) and solid map-reading abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ZOHO or other dispatch systems is a plus.
