Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue valuable business opportunities to generate new company revenue.
  • Implement innovative business development strategies to increase the customer base and expand market share.
  • Negotiate client contracts and agreements to cultivate profitable business transactions.
  • Communicate directly with customers and partners to build strong business networks and relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, marketing, and prospective database leads.
  • Develop proposals, contracts, and procedures to attract more clients and streamline operations.
  • Source tenders from government and non-government entities for potential business opportunities.
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales or business development within the manpower and staffing industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a strategic thinker
