Job Description
We are looking for a Professional Driver with a Tour Guide License to join our team. As a key member of our tourism service, you will be responsible for transporting clients in a 7-seater / 14-seater vehicle and providing them with a memorable tour experience.
The ideal candidate must have extensive knowledge of Dubai's landmarks, culture, and history, along with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a 14-seater vehicle to transport tourists to various destinations around Dubai.
- Serve as a knowledgeable tour guide, providing insightful commentary on Dubai's historical, cultural, and modern attractions.
- Ensure that passengers have a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
- Plan and manage tour routes based on the day’s schedule and customer preferences.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle at all times.
- Follow all UAE road regulations and company safety protocols.
- Assist passengers with luggage and any special requirements.
- Keep records of vehicle maintenance, routes, and customer feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid UAE Driver’s License for a 14-seater vehicle.
- Tour Guide License issued by Dubai Tourism.
- Minimum 1 year of UAE driving experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai's tourist attractions, landmarks, and culture.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Chinese are a plus).
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle diverse groups of tourists.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
