Job Description
Emiratisation Recruitment (Sourcing, Interviewing)
Drive the Emiratisation agenda by collaborating with key stakeholders to develop targeted recruitment strategies that attract Emirati talent.
Analyze workforce data to identify gaps and develop actionable plans for Emiratisation initiatives, ensuring compliance with national policies.
Partner with line managers to create tailored onboarding programs that foster a supportive environment for Emirati employees.
Facilitate training and development programs aimed at enhancing the skill sets of Emirati talent within the organization.
Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting diversity and inclusion practices that resonate with Emirati values and traditions.
