Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Field Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of sales experience in the UAE market, with an added advantage of having worked in the banking, finance, accounting, or auditing sector. This is a target-based, field-intensive role where you will be responsible for generating new business by visiting prospective clients, particularly in the retail and restaurant industries across Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively visit potential clients in the Abu Dhabi market, focusing on retail outlets, restaurants, and other businesses to introduce Elevate Global BPM and generating New Business.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Generate revenue through cold-calling, field visits, and relationship building.
  • Present and promote company services to prospective clients, identifying their needs and proposing suitable accounting and auditing solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets set by the company within specified deadlines.
  • Conduct follow-up meetings with potential clients to finalize service agreements and close deals.
  • Keep track of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the management team.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities in the region.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales within the UAE market.
  • Experience in the banking, finance, accounting, or auditing sectors is an added advantage.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market, particularly the retail and restaurant sectors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively across Abu Dhabi. (Added Advantage)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields (preferred).
