Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Telesales: Engage potential clients through phone calls to promote our services and convert inquiries into sales.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and enhance service delivery.
- Assist with Social Media Marketing/Video making: Support the marketing team in promoting our services through various social media platforms and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Any Degree
- Confident in customer relationship management or telesales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Malayalam and Hindi/Urdu languages.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
