Requirements:

Real estate experience and newcomers to Dubai real estate are welcome.

Excellent communication, Bilingual Speaker (Arabic - English – German – Chinese - Spanish - Russian - French – Italian...)

Self-motivated, eager to learn, faster learner, presentable and good Negotiator.

Driving license

Available in Dubai & willing to join immediately

Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai's dynamic real estate market.

Proven experience as a real estate broker.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Can join immediately.

Sales background Candidates are also welcome

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in a commission-based environment.
• Highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building: Develop and nurture relationships with potential buyers and sellers who share our values and vision for sustainable growth.
• Market Research: Conduct thorough market research and property valuations to support informed decision-making.
• Marketing Campaigns: Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns that highlight our listings and commitment to the community.
• Deal Negotiation: Negotiate deals and secure successful closings, fostering long-term client relationships.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, prioritizing client needs and exceeding their expectations.
• Manage and oversee property transactions from start to finish.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the Renting, Buying or Selling process.
• Stay updated on market trends and property values.

Available Positions:

Off-Plan Property Consultant: (50 consultants)

Specialize in new developments and projects

Secondary Market Property Consultant: (20 consultants)

Focus on existing properties and resale market

Commercial/Industrial Property Consultant: (5 Experts)

Expert in DIP and JABEL ALI

Professional in listing, Tarakheesi, Oqood, DLD, all portals etc.
