Hours Of Work 7.15am to 3.45pm Saturday to Thursday
However the nature of the role will require flexibility in
terms of providing the necessary leadership during
busy periods
Job Purpose
- Controlling all after-sales related documentations
- Preparing and sending sales quotations to customers in coordination with the service manager.
- Raising purchase requisition as per requirement for the aftermarket operation
- Attending customer calls related to sales and passing information to team members
- Maintaining department data base records
- Filling all service related documents
- Receiving and directing visitors/customers
- Preparing and sending weekly reports
- Preparing Invoices and Delivery Notes
- Files and folders management
- Handling company e-mail accounts (service).
- Managing office stationary requirements
