Job Descriptions We are seeking a skilled HR Manager with a proven track record in human resources management and recruitment. The successful candidate will oversee HR functions, internal recruitment, and client HR consultancy projects, ensuring compliance with labor laws and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance.
- Perform internal recruitment and manage the hiring process in line with HR policies.
- Communicate with candidates and respond to job inquiries.
- Generate reports on HR metrics like turnover, recruitment status, and attendance.
- Plan and coordinate HR events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts with management guidance.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives.
- Provide support to managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their HR consultancy needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates to meet client requirements.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of HR consultancy services, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Stay updated on HR industry trends, labor laws, and best practices.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law and employment regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work well under pressure.
- Highly proficient in MS Office and related business tools.
