Job Descriptions We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Assistant to support our recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment and HR processes and be able to manage various administrative tasks with efficiency and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing HR recruitment tasks and work orders as required.
- Understand client hiring needs, organizational culture, and job specifications.
- Utilize online job boards, social media, and networking events to source high-quality candidates.
- Screen and assess potential candidates to ensure they align with client needs.
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process between clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases and track progress.
- Assist in employee onboarding, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leaves, and absences.
- Assist in processing employees' WPS and health insurance applications.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day operations, including handling employee inquiries and managing personnel documentation.
- Stay informed about UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant filed.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and business communication tools.
