Job Description:
K4 Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced and skilled Tile Mason to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in tile installation and maintenance, with a strong background in both residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces according to project specifications.
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas, ensuring precise alignment and spacing.
- Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying underlayment.
- Mix and apply grout and adhesives to secure tiles in place.
- Inspect completed work for quality and make necessary adjustments.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine tile requirements.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure smooth and timely completion of projects.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local building codes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of tile masonry experience in the UAE.
- Proficiency in installing and finishing a variety of tile types, including ceramic, porcelain, and stone.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of tile setting materials, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle manual tasks and operate tools.
- Trade certification or relevant qualifications in tile masonry is preferred.
