Required Skills

  • Strong interpersonal & presentation skills.
  • Two years admin experience
  • Office management & customer service experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in graphic design
  • To be self-directed & have organisational & problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual - Fluent in Arabic and English

Other Requirements

  • Own visa - husband or father sponsorship
  • Should have Bachelors degree
  • Vacancy applicable to female candidates only

Your role will include:

  • Day to day running of the office
  • Professional and friendly handling of reception & inquiries
  • Administrative support to other team members
  • Scheduling and preparation for meetings
