- Responsible for the safe & efficient running of the Mechanical Workshop facilities.
- Ensure project requirements are met within time & cost budget constraints.
- Ensure constant improvement of safety, performance and quality standards.
- Provide professional, operational and safety supervision and leadership to workshop team.
- Work as part of a team with other department supervisors to ensure effective workflow.
- Uphold the standards of the company and work in line with the company objectives.
- Assist in the development of workshop processes to cope with increasing variation of work scopes & equipment types.
