Description This is a top end Main Contractor delivering a High Quality Residential Tower. We are seeking to interview Arabic Speaking Project Directors that have a track record in the UAE on High Rise & Luxury Hotels Developments.

- Construction Value – Just under 1 Billion AED
- High Rise Residential Tower 32 Storey
- Luxury finishes beyond a 5* Hotel ( Materials & Technology sourced from all over the World)
- Logistically challenging footprint & tight program
- Some of the highest residential finishes that we have seen since another Major Iconic project in DXB
We need a Project Director Tim that understands critical path and risk. This individual will need strong communication and planning skills to build trust with the client and get results from the team. You will have a track record on High Rise & High End Residential in the UAE.
This person will lead a team on site and form strong working relationship with the Trades Site Managers & Senior Construction Manager. Regardless on nationalities and levels you will get all departments on site working in harmony from Quality, Safety, Logistics, Design & Commercial.
Whilst driving production hard you will have an eye on cost and quality. You will understand the importance of working with the supply chain to ensure that timely deadlines are hit and that win wins come out for all parties. This main contractor pride themselves on how they deal with people and clients so there will be no cutting corners on site.
You will understand how to manage and achieve success on authority approvals with clients through the build & handover process. This is where the local knowledge and track record comes in . Can you get the inside track and see where you gain an edge through past lessons and projects delivered.
Reporting directly into the Operations Director he wishes to see the following from someone CV & experience
- 10 Years in the UAE Market
- Exposure to managing a direct workforce across multiple trades
- Strong technical awareness of formwork and climbing systems on site (20-40 Storey)
- Good local knowledge
- Experience in a suitable role on 650-1.5 Billion AED Schemes

- Arabic Speaking
- Delivered High Rise Towers & High End Residential & 5* hotels in the UAE (25 Storey +)
- Degree Qualified
- Clear strength within Building Main Contractors on Major Projects
- Strong communication skills that will he shown throughout the hiring process
- Able to start before the 1st Of December Latest
- You will understand the design changes, people management , politics and program issues that come on a major project.
- You will of walked this path and have the right energy and desire to deliver this ICONIC & Landmark Project
