We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth workflow, enhance productivity, and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate team activities and ensure effective communication across departments.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies and procedures.
- Manage office operations to maintain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration and teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role within a real estate company
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
