Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in cost estimation and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, installation methods, and materials.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT, etc.).
- Knowledge of local building regulations and industry standards.
