Job Description

  • Proactive management of near expiry and damage items in line with company policy 100% follow the FIFO.
  • Prompt execution of all the display and promotion drives.
  • To ensure all-round availability of listed SKUs in every outlet with adequate stock-pressure.
  • To manage trade-returns within agreed levels.
  • To comply with Journey plan, daily reporting timing and duty hours.
  • Proactive and prompt servicing of new outlets opening. (Obtaining primary visibility in category)
  • Analyse sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock
  • Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
  • Produce layout plans for stores and maintain store shelves and inventory
  • Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc
  • Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Remain up to date with industry’s best practices
