Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Registered Nurse with DHA Eligibility to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring a safe and effective care environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing medical procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Assist in emergency situations and provide support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control practices.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) Eligibility or DHA License.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of [X] years of clinical nursing experience in a similar role.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
