Job Description
We are looking for a landscape Engineer who can join immediately.
UAE, Experience in landscaping is mandatory.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining outdoor landscapes, installing and caring for plants, as well as general gardening duties.
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
- To prepare detailed work schedule to meet the agreed completion date.
- Site activities supervision and control.
- Conduct site surveys and develop plans for landscape and swimming pool projects.
- Monitoring both related cost and time of the project.
- Reporting to the management on a regular base, about work progress.
- To prepare progress payments on time as per the agreement.
- To keep all materials, tools and any other related items in a secured and safe place.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting landscape and pool plans.
- Understanding grading, excavation, drainage, and pool installation.
- Selecting appropriate materials and plants for projects.
- Analytical skills to resolve construction challenges efficiently.
- Implementing sustainable practices in landscaping and pool design.
- Knowledge and Experience of Plants Maintenance and Pest Control
- Oversee the maintenance and landscaping projects for both residential and commercial properties.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal performance and aesthetics.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture/Engineer or related discipline.
