Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and motivate Experienced Real Estate Agents to join our expanding team. As a Real Estate Agent at Parramatta Real Estate, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting clients in buying, selling.
• Providing expert advice on the Dubai real estate market and off-plan properties.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and developers.
• Conducting property viewings and presentations.
• Negotiating and closing deals to meet client needs and achieve sales targets.
• Keeping up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role in the Dubai real estate market.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, especially off-plan properties.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle not mandatory.
• RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Arabic Speakers and multi language

Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate regulations /Freshers also
• Customer service skills and the ability to provide exceptional service to clients
• Sales skills and experience in closing real estate deals
• Knowledge of real property and market trends
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is beneficial
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in real estate

What we offer

Basic Salary + Attractive Commission

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
