Interior Design Estimator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Are you skilled in estimating interior design projects? Join our dynamic team and contribute to high-end residential and commercial spaces!
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate costs and materials for both residential and commercial interior design projects.
- Utilize Plan Swift to calculate areas and quantities efficiently.
- Prepare and manage detailed cost breakdowns using MS Excel.
- Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and clients to ensure accurate project estimations.
- Analyze project specifications and review drawings to provide comprehensive cost assessments.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an estimator in interior design projects (both residential and commercial).
- Proficiency in MS Excel with a strong ability to handle complex data and create detailed reports.
- Working knowledge of AUTOCAD & Plan Swift for area and quantity calculations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
