Roles and Responsibilities
· Responsible for leading site QA/QC Team
· Responsible for preparation of QA/QC documents
· Responsible for Preparing and Monitoring Project Quality KPI’s.
· Responsible for Piping/Structure Inspections coordination
· Coordination in Welding Inspection-Pre-Welding, During welding & after welding stages on Inspection.
· Weld Plans and PWPS Preparation
· Coordination for Witnessing of PQR Welding, Mechanical tests & Documentation etc.
· Coordination for Qualification of Welders and monitoring their performance.
· NDT Procedure. Review and approval of procedures RT, UT, MT & PT etc.
· Coordination for RT Film Interpretation. Film review of carbon steel and stainless materials etc.
· Pipeline Inspection. WPS in accordance with API 1104. ROW & Pipeline Laying Inspection ASME 31.4 & 31.8. Testing and cleaning (pigging, flushing) of Pipelines.
· Piping Inspection. Installation in accordance with ASME B31.3. Support installation verification and final testing (pneumatic, hydro & diesel)
· Chemical Cleaning/Pickling and Passivation. Verification of cleaning procedures and testing of items
· Ensure the integrity and legal compliance of the material by engaging and working with Client Representative, Client, and Project personnel.
· Coordinating the total Project erection with the supervisors and foreman.
· Carrying out material inspections such as Welding, Painting, Piping, Structural etc.
· Inspecting and coordinating the piping Fabrication/Erection activities along with fit up inspections and documentation.
· Coordination for Preparation of AS BUILT DRAWINGS according to the client’s scope.
· Coordinating the loop inspections and witnessing the pressure test like Pneumatic testing and Hydro test as per requirements
· Responsible for raising Non-Conformance Reports and its close outs
· Any other QA/QC Responsibilities assigned as per Project Quality requirements.
