To effectively and efficiently handle documentation and administration functions. Providing accurate and timely information in a professional manner.
Specific Job Responsibilities are, but not limited to, the following:
· In charge of all stock movement from ordering, receiving, releasing to respective department
· Trace documentations, prepare, maintain and keep records bases on all product movements in relations to batch code, label transfers and finish product lot identification labelling
· Serves as the focal person between chef’s operation management and purchasing.
· He/she shall act as centralized ordering channel (COC) in the bakery
· Ensures all stocks needed area available when it is needed
· Assist in providing documentary requirement to operations, food safety and customer in an event of a recall
· Update the operation and the food safety services office (FFSO) in the event of any non – compliance to the traceability program
· Must be able to do internal traceability with the aide of the documentations he/she is producing.
Other related task as maybe delegated by operations manager, executive chef and food safety department head.
