Job Vacancy: Maintenance Person/Handyman (Holiday Home/Vacation Rental Experience)
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Person/Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining holiday homes or vacation rental properties and be capable of performing a wide range of general repairs and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- General property maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.)
- Routine inspections to ensure all facilities are in good working order
- Respond to guest complaints and maintenance requests promptly
- Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of exterior and interior areas
- Perform minor landscaping or garden work when required
- Assist with basic installation and replacement of fixtures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in maintaining holiday homes/vacation rentals is a must
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal car
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
- Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
- Flexibility to work on-call or during weekends if necessary
