Job Title: Boat Captain
Location: Dubai
Job Description: We are seeking experienced and dedicated Boat Captains to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating and navigating our vessels, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests while maintaining compliance with all maritime regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and navigate boats safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew.
- Conduct pre- and post-voyage inspections and maintenance checks.
- Manage and oversee the crew's performance and conduct.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries.
- Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations governing marine operations.
- Maintain logs and records of operations and incidents.
Qualifications:
- Valid captain’s license and relevant certifications.
- Proven experience as a boat captain or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of navigation, safety regulations, and boat operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
