Job Description
- Receiving Customers , Presenting Menu and provide detailed information when required.
- Prepare & Clear tables.
- Informing about days special and offer menu recommendations upon request.
- Up-sell products.
- Take food & drinks orders using POS software accurately.
- Communicate order details with kitchen & co-workers if required.
- Serve food and drink orders.
- Follow food safety guidelines.
- Closing tables and maintaining tidiness.
- Providing excellent customer service to the guest.
Requirements:-
- UAE Experience is not Mandatory
- Good Communication and presentation skills
- Active Listening and effective communication.
- Team spirit
- Flexible to work in shifts
- Strong organizational & Multitasking skills.
