Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, enhancing brand visibility, and promoting our training programs and consulting services. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the UAE market.
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries across the UAE.
2. Lead Generation and Management:
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and marketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
3. Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the UAE.
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor solutions to client requirements.
4. Marketing Campaigns:
- Design and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, webinars, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials and content.
5. Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the UAE market.
- Analyze customer feedback to improve offerings.
6. Performance Tracking
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and marketing metrics.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the training and consulting teams to ensure alignment of services with client needs.
- Participate in planning and executing events, workshops, and seminars in Abu Dhabi and other UAE locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the training and consulting sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi, UAE.
