Alfalogic Solutions recruits Oracle EBS and Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant with min 8 to 12 years of relevant experience for a long term assignmen t for Abu Dhabi UAE.
The candidate who is selected for the project should be ready to travel for projects if selected.
Job Details:
• Should have min 8+ years of relevant experience as Oracle Fusion / Cloud HCM (Human Capital Management) Techno Functional Consultant.
• Should understand Business Requirements with Technical and Functional Requirement Specifications, and Technical Design Document using AIM/OUM.
• Should have strong knowledge on: Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management, On-boarding, Benefits and Compensation, and Performance Management, Fast Formula, SQL, PLSQL, and Reports, etc.
• Should have worked as technical consultant for Oracle Payroll module on both version of Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion environment
• Should have worked at least 3 End to End implementation and support experience in both versions
• Should conduct CRP, UAT & SIT and training to business users
• Should manage respective clients and multiple Stack holders.
• Should train the business users and support for post go-live phase.
