Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Media Buyer - Real Estate at Nationwide Middle East Properties LLC in Abu Dhabi. The Media Buyer will be responsible for media planning, media strategy, communication, and media buying on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective media buying strategies to promote real estate listings and services.
- Launch and manage advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, Google Ads, and real estate portals.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertising content that resonates with our target audience.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for advertising placements.
- Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and negotiate pricing and contracts to ensure cost-effective media buying.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in media buying with a strong focus on real estate.
- Proven ability to launch and manage successful advertising campaigns.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong negotiation skills and experience working with media vendors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be based in the UAE.
