Job Description
We are looking for a highly accomplished and decisive Project Manager, who will be the owner for key client projects and key strategic initiatives, for identifying solution domains, solving problems and executing excellence. You will work closely with internal and external partners, engineers, product leaders, and developers on a wide range of issues, understand concepts, find solutions, design and implement key components.
You will prescribe, apply and follow sound design principles, standards and practices to ensure high standards in terms of Product Delivery and Quality.
Role and Responsibilities

- Required to interact with different stakeholders and work closely with the client and technical teams for project delivery.
- Required to have exposure to all the facets of the Software development life cycle
- Should have leadership experience and managed technical teams and delivered solutions for internal and external clients.
- Work with client teams and provide solution consultancy to internal and external stakeholders
- Stakeholder Management
- Works with clients on all projects and strategic initiatives.
- Manages end to end project deliverables
- Liaises with internal and client stakeholders for integrated solution.
- Works with Internal technical teams on solution delivery and troubleshooting.
- Strong focus Governance, Client expectation management and client satisfaction for all delivered projects.
- PRE-SALES SUPPORT.
- Adept in using Gantt charts for visualization.
- Strong knowledge of working with Time-sheet tools for project delivery
- Manage & monitor team KPI’s
- Well versed in preparation of reports such as project feasibility, completion, hand-over.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in a computer or engineering
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in IT as discipline Project Manager
- At least 5-6 years’ work experience in client facing projects
- Project Management/Program Management, Knowledge of Agile is a plus.
- PMP, CSM, CSPO, PRINCE 2, and MSP certification is an added advantage
Preferred Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a data science role with focus on data wrangling, analytics, implementation of statistical learning/machine learning algorithms and model evaluation.
- At least 5-6 years experience in leading multi-technology, multi-environment and application integration projects.
- Worked with government, semi-government & HNI sectors – client-facing perspective
- Knowledge of Issuing and Acquiring product life cycles.
- Experienced in working at client locations.
- Fluent in English
- UAE Driving license is preferred
