Role: European Real Estate Broker
We are seeking experienced, motivated, and dynamic individuals from European backgrounds, fluent in multiple languages (English, German, French, Chinese, Italian, Romanian, Polish, Montenegrin, Norwegian), to join our team. As a Senior Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with property transactions, serving as a trusted advisor and intermediary between buyers and sellers to ensure smooth and successful deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in purchasing and selling properties in Dubai’s luxury real estate market.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert guidance throughout the transaction process, from property search to negotiations and closing deals.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and legal regulations to offer accurate advice.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to enhance client services and personal branding.
Qualifications:
- Excellent English communication skills are essential; additional language skills (as listed) are highly advantageous.
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
- Minimum 1 years of real estate experience in the UAE, with a proven track record in sales.
- In-depth understanding of UAE real estate laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
