Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanour.
- Manage reservations using the restaurant's booking system.
- Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable.
- Provide information on restaurant offerings and answer guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with the waiting staff to manage table turnover efficiently.
- Ensure the hostess area is well-kept and maintain the restaurant's seating chart.
- Address guest needs and manage any complaints promptly and courteously.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a hostess or customer service role, ideally in a restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude, with an ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and a passion for customer service.
